Masahiro Honna
Mr. Honna is an accomplished professional, having graduated from Tokyo University in 1997. He is also a Chartered Member of the Japan Securities Analysts Association (CMA). His professional journey began at Nomura Securities where he served between 1997 and 2000, before transitioning to Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, he worked in Tokyo from 2001 to 2007, and then in Beijing from 2007 to 2009.
Mr. Honna has garnered significant experience in the field of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), particularly in Japan, Hong Kong, and China. He has been instrumental in helping large corporations restructure their business operations in ways that are tax-beneficial.
In 2009, Mr. Honna embarked on a new venture by establishing Kygo Investment Limited in Hong Kong. The company specializes in cross-border M&A and provides investment advisory services, primarily focused on Japan and China.
In 2015, Mr. Honna further expanded his business operations by setting up Kygo Limited in Hong Kong. This company, formerly known as OWL Hong Kong Limited, is now engaged in a variety of services including overseas asset management consulting, support for overseas migration, and assistance in cryptocurrency mining.
